Major water loss in Spicewood, TX

This was a two story home with broken pipe flooding the upstairs and downstairs. The before photo shows the collapsed ceiling on the floor. The whole house was affected with the first floor being torn out to the studs. On the second floor drywall was removed 2 feet up all around and all flooring was taken out. This loss required a pack out as well until repairs could be made. The final pic speaks for itself. All nice and clean.

These homeowners were especially appreciative of our services because this property is located is a rural area and they weren't sure if they could find a remediation company to come out.
